Artemis Headdress

Finally getting photos of this sucker posted! You want to talk about a HEAVY headdress this one is it! I had to specially construct a cap for it to all be mounted onto since a headband just wouldn't cut it this time. Took several months to construct and I wore it to a masquerade back in October. This thing probably weighs a good 25-30lbs but I have to say, it's thoroughly incredible to wear. I have a bear shoulder mount that's being mounted right now and he will be adorning this once he's finished and going over my bed haha. Yes, this piece uses all real animal remains that were collected humanely after the animal passed away naturally (other than the Roe horns which were acquired through an antique auction).
