Whoa!

Holy cow, guys! I woke up this morning to my inbox flooded from here to the moon and back. Didn't realize how much you all would like that headdress haha! I ended up on the front page of dA so talk about a nice thing to wake up to! Needless to say, getting through all the messages is going to take me a bit so I'll get through them as I can. Thanks for all the support! You all rock! <3

Also, my piece "Wolf and I" won art-nouveau's contest this week with first place and so I wanted to thank everyone that voted! It means a lot to me especially after all this surgery business. It was a really cool feeling to win my first contest here on dA. Thank you so much! <3 <3 <3

Contest

I'm working on a painting that I have to get finished up for my gallery so I won't officially be starting on the piece with you all as one of the subjects probably for at least a month but I wanted to say thank you to everyone that submitted photos! There's still a little time if you wish to do so but it won't be much longer. So keep an eye out as once I start it, I won't post anything about it until it's done. Or I might post the linework and we can see if you all can guess who it is? Haha I like that idea! XD

Projects

So it's official, the Tarot deck is now underway as well as my own BJD. My sculpting skills are atrocious so we will see how that goes haha! Anyone know where to pick up good clay and glass eyes for BJDs? At least the Tarot cards will fare better. I'll be posting the cards as I finish them so you all can see them. ^~^

Aside from my regular commissions, I have started work on my costume for Renaissance Faire this year as well which I'm CRAZY EXCITED ABOUT!!! I can't wait to get it finished so I can share it with you all!! <3

Knee Surgery Update

Just to let you all know, my last doctor appointment to check up on the surgery is the 20th and then I'll be back to walking on two legs again and starting up PT! So far, everything is healing up really well so I'm continuing to remain positive and play Mass Effect when I'm not working on commissions haha! Love you all and keep creating!! <3
